1. Delivery Areas We currently ship to all governorates across Egypt and select International destinations.

2. Shipping Times We know you want your gear fast. Here is when you can expect your order:

• Cairo & Giza: 2–3 business days.

• Rest of Egypt: 3–5 business days.

• International: 10–14 business days (depending on the destination country and customs clearance).

Note: Deliveries are not made on weekends or official holidays.

3. Order Processing All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement (excluding Fridays & Saturdays).

4. Important: Courier & Inspection Policy To ensure the fastest possible delivery for everyone, please note our strict delivery protocol:

• No Opening on Delivery: Our courier partners are third-party services and are not authorized to let you open the package or try on items before payment.

• Payment First: The full amount must be paid to the courier before receiving the package.
